"We had a great stay at the Oriental Hotel Universal. The biggest surprise was the breakfast buffet; it exceeded our expectations. There was an impressive selection of both hot and cold dishes, along with plenty of drink options, fresh fruit, and salads. The menu leaned more toward Asian cuisine, which we enjoyed, but there were also familiar Western options like waffles and tater tots, so everyone in our family found something they liked. The room was also more spacious than we expected, especially considering the price point. It was comfortable and gave us enough room to relax after long days at Universal Studios Japan. The location was another major highlight. Being just a short walk from the park made getting there incredibly convenient, and having so many restaurants and food options nearby meant we never had to go far for meals. From our vantage point, the Oriental Hotel Universal offers excellent value, comfortable rooms, a surprisingly good breakfast, and an unbeatable location for anyone visiting Universal Studios Japan."

"Staff very helpful and friendly. Laundry facilities are excellent especially using an app to pay instead of coins. Location brilliant for Universal Studios and Universal City Walk for food options. 7-11 and Lawson are a 5 minute walk away. Would recommend. N.B. The JR Sakurajima station is across the road of the hotel, 2 minute walk and not 8 minutes (backtracking) walk stated on Google Maps."
