Everything was great ,staffs were very accommodating and friendly. Sannomiya is just under construction’s so the ways just a bit chaotic, overall the hotel is really with the exception of wifi that is very slow

The location is most convenient for JR, bullet trains, and airport bus. For 2 nights, shopping and exploration around town are enjoyable. The hotel though not new, has everything necessary. I recommend buffet breakfast - a perfect start before a day of activities. Dinner options close by. Friendly city! I would definitely choose this hotel again!

Excellent location close to Sannomiya station .. limo bus from Itami airport stops nearby.. one stop on underground to Shin -Kobe Shinkansen station too. Lawson convenience store is next to hotel aeon supermarket very close as well. No gym but the other facilities you expect. Good room size for mainland Japan. Would stay again.
