This was a great hotel very convenient to the train station. The restaurant was excellent and there were several little gifts included with our stay. Very comfortable.

Property is good. Far from the airport though. No views. The restaurant had limited hours. Food was good though. Lobby is small. Staff was nice. There was a tram stop close by, so that was nice. I'd stay there again now that I'm familiar with the area.

The lady who helped me checked in was not very friendly. Not very patient. The internet was not very stable. Bed size is very small. No fridge in the room.

Great value and service
First off room was great and bathroom spacious. Service amazing and great breakfast. Got stuffy in room and loved the chance to open the window but so loud out the front. Would ask for a room not on the front and all else fab. Close to the rain station and east walk to city central.

Great stay and walkable to the Munich Hbf Station. The hotel has an Italian restaurant and lots of restaurants around it. Breakfast was very good. Hope to stay here again someday. Thank you!

Too short a holiday in Munich
It was a perfect hotel for a 2 day trip. Location is great, very close to public transport if someone needs it. A short walk to the center of Munich. Breakfast is reasonably priced and good variety. The only thing that we came in the morning but the room was ready at 3 pm. It is in the rules of the hotel but it was difficult. Overall very happy with our stay.

Perfekt familieværelse i centrum.
God belligenhed i gåafstand til centrum, gode restauranter ved hotellet af alle slags, venligt personale. Familieværelse består af to værelser med rigtige senge (ikke noget med sovesofa eller lign) som har en fælles dør til gangen. Fin parkering og let st komme til og fra. Dejlig morgenmad. Perfekt. Kommer gerne igen.

Vi Vadi Hotel Bayer 89 would easily have the 5-stars rating but for an incident prior to check-out. Our Check-out time was clearly marked to be noon (and I learned later that this is the usual check out time for rooms in the hotel. Following breakfast, and while at room preparing our luggage, there was a knock on the door more than an hour before noon, a cleaning lady was there who gave a strange quick look from top to toe, I replied (though I should'nt) that we are completing packing and we would be out shortly. 20 minutes later (still before check-out time, there was another knock on the door!!!! and this time there was a man of the housekeeping who gave the same top to toe quick look (impolite by any known standards) as well as the lady on the other side!!! I again said we are not finished yet! I revised the reservatoin to make sure of the check-out time, and10 minutes later, I opened the door. Surprisingly and annoyingly, the man with grim looks was standing on the right and the lady was standing on the left by the room door!!!!!!!!! I couldn't but say that our check out time is still not there, there was no answer but the grim looks (probably a language barrier :)). I reported the incident to the lady at receeption, who gave sincere apologies and that she is going to report this to management as this was not the first incident. This story would drop rating easily to a 2-stars rating, but actually all else was fine, including reception, breakfast, room amenities etc
