"The concierge is never available. Never on time when we are told they start. Very limited hours and support for a hotel of this stature. Also, i had them ship a package for me. That took over a month to get done. No follow up. This is the same hotel that when Covid started and I wasn’t allowed top fly into Munich Germany they refused to reimburse me. Kept my money and never offered a credit of any kind. Finally. Try and reach them. Very difficult via phone.."

"Zimmer sind extrem klein. Lobby ist quasi nicht vorhanden, dafür einen im Sommer schönen Innenhof. Frühstücks-Buffet ist lecker und umfangreich, die Freundlichkeit des Personals ist nicht durchgängig. Das Personal am Frühstücksbuffet scheint keine allzu große Freude am Job zu haben, bei der Rezeption ist es unterschiedlich. Aufzug sehr klein. Alles in allem o.k., einen weiteren Aufenthalt wird es unsererseits in dem Hotel allerdings nicht geben. Die Lage zum Bahnhof ist wirklich gut."

"Avoid this hotel like the plague. Never mind the fact that the employees don't care and are careless - I asked the front desk twice for an extra blanket and never got one, I asked for the towels to be replenished and was ignored, the cook burned something in the kitchen and the entire hotel had to be evacuate. Never mind all that, the worst part was when I asked for the front desk to get me a taxi. I read that it only took 20 minutes from the hotel to the airport. The front desk person called...
