"Very close to reef terminal for tours. I loved the fact that towels were available as well as a free laundry facility. Staff is often not at the desk but they are often watching CCTV that covers the front desk and come when needed. It is very clean, towels are nice, location is close to many restaurants. It is located in a quieter end of the esplanade which we really enjoyed but still well within walking distance of downtown Cairns.
