"The resort was beautiful! The staff were very friendly and accommodating. Only down side was the mosquitos. There was a terrible abundance of them. We had to wear mosquito repellent the whole time we were there. They told us that it isn't usually like that. They were spraying and trying to control them. Just a bad time I guess. "

"Just came back from a week in October 2025. Resort and room were beautiful. Paid extra for the adults only and swim up room - definitely recommend. Nobody else was utilizing their swim up room so it felt like a private pool the entire trip. With the adults only section we also had a private breakfast restaurant which was amazing, we never had to eat at the buffet the whole trip between all the restaurants. Staff were all so friendly and attempted to remember you at the bars. Would absolutely go back again, I have been to Mexico a few times and this was the best resort and food I have ever had"
