"Place was very clean, staff we lovely. Lots of food options and snacks. We were pleasantly surprised to get upgraded to star class which allowed us an additional pool and restaurants. We had our favourite bar tender Louie (his name tag was MIA so not sure it in spelling it correctly) who worked in the premiere bar & lounge, he was so funny and always remembered our drink orders! We had a swim out in our room and it was worth the upgrade, so nice and refreshing! We will be back again for sure!"

"We recently had a magical family stay at the SLS Cancun All-Inclusive Resort, and it was fantastic. Traveling with my wife, our toddler, and our baby, we were looking for a place that offered luxury but was also family-friendly. From the moment we arrived, the resort felt like a palace—pristine, exclusive, and truly opulent. We stayed in a higher-end ocean view room with about 800 square feet, two balconies—one with a jacuzzi—and stunning views of the ocean and marina. It was a bit of a walk from the elevator, but that meant more privacy. The resort really shines for families—there’s a kids’ club, kiddie pool, and plenty of children’s activities. Our toddler loved it, and we felt completely at ease. Dining was excellent with a variety of restaurants and outstanding service. Even though we didn’t dive into the adult-only amenities this time, we know there’s a luxurious spa and a nanny service if we come back. Overall, it’s a place we’d happily return to for both family fun and a little luxury. "

"C est vraiment le meilleur hotel que j ai fais au Mexique! Pour en avoir fais plusieurs je recommande. Nous etions une famille de 6 2 adultes et 4 enfants et nous avons pris les chambres reguliere. La nourriture, les piscines tout etait wow."
