We arrived about two hours early with no expectation of early check-in, but Airan got us into our room at no extra charge. Great start. We booked a king bay view room through Expedia. The lobby is clean and airy, with a small pool behind the front desk—cool (not warm), but perfect after a hot day....

"Staff was friendly is the only thing going for this hotel. Sheets were filthy Bathroom was covered in mold Walls were paper thin and one could hear everything going on in other rooms and I am not a light sleeper. I wasn’t expecting anything spectacular-but this did not even meet basic 1star experience. "
