"the front desk service was very good. upgraded room to seaview. Room was very clear and deserve a 4.5 rating. "

"Everyone was very nice! The room was clean but tiny. Luckily I was only one person, because it would have been a struggle for 2 in that space. I should have noted the room size when I booked. Also its a 10+ minute walk from where the taxi drops you, so too much luggage would be tough. Also as noted there is no elevator so you need to lug your stuff up the stairs. No one offered to help."

"Hotel is located right near the SSP and Apilu street market. It's a little on the rougher side, but it's authentic compared to TST. Which is overflowing with tourists. Staff and reception were very helpful and even left out water, candy and gave me a coupon card to use at the vending machine in the lobby for abstaining from room service for a few days. I will say that the wait for the elevators can be extremely long during the morning breakfast service and new guests checking in. People seem to...

"Location is great but not enough amenities inside the room. TV is facing a small table but there’s nowhere to sit to watch. Unable to reposition the TV so you can just lie on the bed since there’s no chair to sit on. And towels are paper thin like towels. How are we helping the environment by using these kinds of paper thin towels. These towels costs 200 HK. They don’t dry the person well after showers. Garbage can in the washrooms are extremely small. Otherwise I would say just ok but...

"Very chic and austere…and the front desk was incredible. I came in on crutches and Guy at the front desk recommended the right place to go to get chef out. Restaurants abound. Quiet, clean and very comfortable (esp the pillow top bed). Wish there was a restaurant on site for breakfast, however. That’s said, it got us out! "
