"Rooms are very small. The ventilation is so bad that after a shower, the moisture never left the room and got the floor all wet in the whole room. The AC was so loud and never stopped buzzing, which kept us up all night when really needed a good sleep before getting on a long flight the next morning. The beddings smelled very bad of dampness. Wouldn’t stay here again. "

"The hotel was great and we enjoyed our stay. However, the biggest downside is the lack of healthy food options. Pizza, chips, ice creams and pancakes are all available, but there are no real healthy choices. As a vegetarian, my options were even more limited. I also found the Disney app confusing and misleading. Despite this, the actual hotel was nice and had a playroom for the kids. I think they could have done more to entertain the kids during the day, perhaps with arts and crafts, Disney-themed activities or challenges. The staff at the hotel was great, very helpful and fast. Their friendly and efficient service made the whole stay enjoyable."

"Fantastic service and great location and facilities. All staff were exceptional and couldn’t have asked for a better stay. All staff were friendly. Breakfast was delicious and airport and MTR shuttle was convenient. Chester who checked us in was amazing, brilliant service and Nelson dinner manager, exceptional service. Both are valuable assets to the team"

"Only stayed overnight during a long layover to elsewhere but it was lovely to walk there over bridges and through forest to the sound of frogs. Terry was great at giving me directions to the bus back to the airport in morning and saved me about HK$80. In fact gave me the HK$4 bus fare. My only complaint a small but loud frog just outside my room disturbing my sleep a little."
