"Nice hotel and room. Disappointing that the pool, which is such a strong feature of this hotel was closed. Reception staff were quite aloof and not very welcoming. Not a big deal but just saying it as we found, great location for public transport, bus stop right outside."

They could have made a line for fast checkout instead of having polite people wait until they get pissed off. "
