"Housekeeping did not clean the room during our entire stay or replace towels or remove garbage .paid double deposit due to their system being down and not being able to extend are stay and additional day.only amenities free was the pool the adventuresome was overpriced as well as the other features in the hotel"

"Really great, roomy hotel for the price. Staff was great, pool was beautiful and the room itself was luxurious! Still "on the strip" but far enough away where you don't feel overwhelmed by it if that's not your cup of tea (it's not mine). There was a considerable amount of staining on my bed's comforter, but I never bothered bringing it up to staff. I'm sure if I did it would have been replaced. "Clean room. Front desk agent at check in was friendly and helpful. Down side, in the morning there was NO hot water. We called the front desk at 8am, they told us it will take awhile. It’s was close to check out so I took a cold shower. All I got from front desk agent was “sorry” with a smirky smile. Plus the noise from the contractors was loud.. so no sleeping in.."
