"The property and rooms are very nice. Very lush and beautiful landscaping and easy walk to the beach. The staff are very friendly and helpful. The issues that we had is that the air conditioner in the room was either not working properly, or undersized for the room. We had it set at 68 and it was hot in the room. We tried to turn it down to 66 and eventually 64, and I have a temp meter and the room was reading 80 degrees at night. It was very uncomfortable to sleep. We couldn't open the windows...

"Beautiful place! Beautiful view (ocean side). Be aware that "partial view" of the ocean is pretty partial as buildings are between you and the beach, but you have a nice pie slice of ocean and a great view of sunsets over Molokai. Grounds are lovely and the pool is clean. Island Vibes Cafe next door is a treasure. Enjoy your visit!"

"The property was well maintained Our room was clean and well stocked with everything to make our stay comfortable ,towels coffee , kitchen utensils refrigerator was large we were very happy with our stay. The pools and grounds were beautiful the management was very good at making our needs were met. We would recommend anyone wanting to stay in a resort to go there"

"Beautiful resort. Steps to the sand. Towels & free beach chairs at the ocean. Unit was clean. Free washer/dryer on every floor. Multiple elevators with little to no wait. Can take coolers to pool (always a plus for us). Coffee is wonderful. The Village is full of eateries & shops. Hope to come back soon!"

"Excellent beautiful place/location. Front desk needs help. Over hour to check in, no apologies and no one in front of us. Just sat behind their computers??? What was happening? No communication was. Got mail I was expecting, no call, email or msg to room. I pressed on check out and they found it. Front desk help needed"

"The hotel was okay. I would not choose to stay here again. The cultural activities were supposed to be good but we preferred seeing the island. Renting chairs for the beach was inconvenient and they don’t offer half day rentals just a flat $85 fee. The pool was cold, small and drab. The coffee and fridge are located in the bathroom which seemed unsanitary and was inconvenient when traveling with multiple people. Our sink didn’t drain properly and the toilet would make funny noises. The hotel...

"Even though we booked under the montage name, the hotel met all standards even with new ownership. The property itself is one of the most magical places we have been. We are very excited to come back in the future with our family. "
