"Room we had was a little out of date there are rooms that have been updated and are really nice , the carpets need a really good deep cleaning as they are old but views were beautiful staff was pleasant . Place is decently priced and grounds are well kepted . Location is close to town and other attractions. "The room was clean, the staff was friendly and we had a full kitchen. The fireplaces in each room worked so well that we didn’t have to turn on a heater. We were truly impressed with the layout of the unit. We will definitely speak about our travels to whomever wishes to stay in Big Bear. "
