One of the best hotels I have been in Italy. If you miss the comfort of being in the US, this is the place to stay. Amazing shower, space is great, close to the train station as well as the Duomo if you take the metro. We stay with our 7 & 3 yr old and we loved it! Breakfast was also great and convenient!

Room was clean and modern. The staff friendly and helpful. There was a blockage in the bathroom sink but it didn't bother me too much for one night. It was convenient to catch an early morning train from Milano Centrale. The hotel itself is nice but the area around it isn't great if you're there for more than one night.

2/5 would not recommend. nice pictures but not worth it. the rooms are empty and very cold, you have to ask for things. and the service is really bad. you have to carry your bags yourself and you get nothing for the money except a bed that is very uncomfortable.
