I am surprised this hotel only got 7.0 score.They are actually a very modern kind of hotel.The rooms are clean,they have an elevator,walking distance to the bus stop.They have a very good breakfast buffet,I love the chocolate croissant.

Only had one very small issue in one of our rooms and the staff was quick to fix above what we had asked for. Overall it is a very good hotel. Just a bit out of the way.

Our fiest room was infested by bedbugs, we told the staff and we were moved to another room. The second was ok. Rooms are very small, the fridge didnt work, bathroom was ok. Breakfast os a good buffert with good options. Would recommendednif you get a good proce. I wouldnt't say this is a 4 star as they claim

Great hotel for city trip.

2 nights to visit the city. Very helpful lady on reception when we arrived. Bus stop close by Numbers 43 & 81 in to the city or Metro 20 mins walk. Lovely choice of breakfast in hotel. Fridge, kettle in room. Very nice bedding and large bed.

Conveniently located. Friendly personal. Very clean. We stayed in a double bedroom and the only thing (and arguably understandable in a city like Milan where space is expensive) was that the room was a little small, making it a harder for a family of four to be completely comfortable.

Nice hotel for the price! Good value for money!

Hotel was very good and room was clean as well as the bathroom. Toiletries and clean towels were provided and replaced daily. Breakfast was good. Hotel location was good too, near to Central Station.

Hotel and staff were terrific lot's of places to eat and drink easy bus route and tube system to get you to where you needed to go.down side was everywhere you travelled nearly every building was covered in graffiti which was a bit off putting but don't let that put you off well recommended 😀 👌👍
