Staff was exceptional at this older hotel. Rooms Are a bit dated but for a short stay, was just fine. Really felt welcomed and appreciated how helpful the reception and staff were. We would come back for the service.

This hotel was adequate for a 1 night stay on our holiday where we were trying to save money where we could, especially after staying in Switzerland for 4 nights. In that sense this hotel did its job for us however I wouldn’t choose this hotel for longer than 1 night. Our room was comfortable but basic, breakfast was nice, the lift didn’t seem very safe so we didn’t use it more than once. The hotel staff were very nice and helpful.

It’s not far from Milano Centrale location about 2 km walk. Very quiet area. Small boutique hotel. Decent for this price staying in Milan.

The stuff was very kind, they let me check-in in advance, very nice hospitality. The location is pretty good if you want as the are is well connected with public transport, nice place around to eat. Great value for money, specially if you want to travel to Milan on a budget, will definitely take it into account once back in Milan.

Even though the single room is not that big, all the necessities are there (including a mini-bar/fridge) and the facilities are just fine. I found the breakfast relatively extensive considering the price and the staff were also friendly and helpful. Also after checking out, I could leave my suitcase etc at the hotel for some hours without any problem.

The room was a good size the shower was great , it was further to walk to metro then others had said in reviews When I booked I asked for breakfast but the hotel said not payed for so had pay extra it was ok , Need a new toaster it’s so old only allowed one cup of coffee what staff made , milk for cereals you had find a member of staff to get it as behind the bar area the boiled eggs where so cold you think be in the fridge

Worst treatment that I ever received in a Hotel

I have been mistreated at this location. I don't understand why, but the receptionist thougth that I was complaining about the city tax. Turned out that he wanted me to change the language of my Hotels.com app in order to show me that I needed to pay the city tax (that at that moment I had already paid). The situation escalated to a point that he become very agressive and hostile. If I was not calm, that would turn on a physical agression. All of this happened in front of my 8 year old daugther, that was absolutely scared at the end. I don't recoment this hotel.

L'hotel si trova a meta strada fra le stazioni metro Loreto e Piola, quindi risulta molto comodo. Personale molto gentile, la camera era piccolina ed essenziale ma molto pulita.

Für eine Nacht vollkommen ok, aber die Economy Zimmer kann ich ansonsten nicht empfehlen. Leider schlecht isolierte Fenster und auch sehr klein. Der Fahrstuhl ist der langsamste in dem ich je war. Wie gesagt okay, aber würde hier nicht unbedingt nochmal unterkommen.

Die Lage ist gut, Metro in 5 Minuten zu Fuß zu erreichen. Das Zimmer war recht klein, aber sauber. Alles was man braucht, war vorhanden. Ein Wasserkocher wäre gut gewesen. Frühstück war okay, nichts außergewöhnliches. Brotauswahl haben wir vermisst. Aber der Italiener frühstückt eh süß. Das Personal war gruselig. Der Herr des Hauses war unfreundlich und hat nicht wirklich Englisch gesprochen. Der Sohn hat die Stimmung mit seiner freundlichen Art gebessert. Er müsste die ganze Zeit an der Rezeption sitzen.

High praise for this small hotel and its staff. The hotel is meticulously clean. The comfortable bed provided for a restful sleep. The breakfast was outstanding. To top it all off, the staff was very helpful in allowing us to have our missing luggage (from the airline) delivered to the hotel, a day after our check-out. This was a convenient option for us that they were most willing to do. Much appreciated!
