Location is good. Size of room is very very small. Bathroom had a weird smell and needs an update as fittings were tarnishing and grout pealing back. There is no blinds and the sheer curtain did not block the lights left on from the business across the road. As I’m a light sleeper it was a struggle. Second day noticed someone from another location was able to control our tv connection and when it started turning on at 2am we needed to unplug it. Then for some reason mosquitoes seemed to be in the apartment. We didn’t keep the windows open ever to help keep room cool with aircon. Would not recommend staying here as an actual hotel would be a better option. Tried to contact customer service or help webpage would not submit and no answer on the phone

Hidden gem

The location was great for us. Not that many restaurants very close, but we enjoy walking. Alexander was very nice to bicycle over and check us in.

2/10 Terrible

Poor cleaning, we were given used bed linen with blood stains. They tried to only change some of the used bed linen, we had to complain to have them change everything. There was not enough clean bed linen left for us to change all the pillows. The first night was ruined as a result of this and the owner is not willing to provide any compensation for the very disgusting experience and is only arrogant in the dialogue. Furthermore, the room is poorly soundproofed, the entrance, elevator and stairs are very narrow. Find another place to stay in Milan with another host if you want a pleasant experience.

Awesome location and property. No parking except a few blocks away so if you have a car this may not be for you. Parking was an additional $40 euros and was open from 7:00 am to 6:00 pm. Besides parking the property was Lovely, clean and quiet at night . Great location.

When arrived, we were informed that the apartment that we booked had a problem with the AC and the staff immediately gave us a solution to move us to a different apartment in the nearby area which turned out to be an upgrade to a two bedroom in also a very nice and convenient area! The apartment was easily accessible, clean and beautiful with minimalistic design! Staff was very helpful with excellent communication! Thank you Suite Brera! We would definitely come back and stay with you again!

The suite itself was lovely and clean, with a large rotating flat screen tv (with Netflix!). The Bathroom also had ortigia products which were much appreciated. However, when we arrived, the third bed had not been made and there was a problem with hot water in the shower. Overall I would go again. Location perfect.
