"Nice location and staffs are friendly. Staying two nights , The room is very small. No coffee and tea in the room. There is only one side of the bed, inconvenient to get off the bed if two people stayed "

"While some of the staff were good and kind some of them were super aggressive and rude, more specifically one of the employees running the gym. He was in everyone’s face and made guests feel uncomfortable. The hotel was super dirty and water would just flood out of the ceiling in some rooms. For how expensive the stay is and for it being a beachfront hotel they sure do try and do as little as possible to make it nice for the guests. Wouldn’t recommend."

"Where do I begin 🙄 from check in to check out this hotel was miserable. The lacking of customer service skills were painfully obvious at first point of contact with front desk. "
