Staff is friendly and hotel provides daily housekeeping. The pool is a great option but the water was cold this did not spent too much time there. "The Andaz is brand new and everything from the lobby to the restaurant to the suits has been done immaculately. I am a local (Surfside resident) and we just stayed at the Andaz for 2 nights to enjoy the facilities and celebrate my birthday. We definitely enjoyed our stay! We checked out all the facilities; Everything looked great. The Gym is fully stocked with everything you need for a good or even serious workout. But it was hard to find it because signage is not great in the property. Same...
