They don’t open the umbrella for me and it was raining .. plus to protect me fr the sun. Also took a towel I had on a chair with my flip flops. And in btw they wanted me to dry myself with a semi wet and oily towel ( mines- from the pool ). That was quite uncomfortable for me. That first arrival day Saturday there. "

"Our room was beautiful and immaculate. Had a corner suite so had a view of the ocean and the Miami skyline. Beds and linen good, clean, great pool area and beach. Staff well trained."
