"The property is in an unbeatable location. Even though we visited in the summertime (hello fog!), we really enjoyed the view. We also saw deer and a blue heron from our room (which really was a cabin). The staff were extremely friendly and gave great recommendations on food options in the area beyond just the hotel restaurant. Overall, a very clean, safe, and beautiful location. Highly recommend for the area for a quiet get-away!"

"The place is a little rustic, but has charm (we've stayed in may Ft Bragg hotels). The dog-friendly option is excellent and they don't stick you with a huge fee for pets. Waking distance from David's Restaurant, which has an incredible breakfast."

"The property is amazingly well kept. The staff is friendly and helpful. I only have one complaint, when the next room over takes a shower, it is VERY loud in your room. Luckily it didn't happen too late or too early. Other than that, it is great. "

"We had a room with a balcony, which for us was totally worth it because we brought bikes with us and we were able to park them on the balcony. The room and bathroom were clean and everything we needed for our stay was provided. Check in and out was easy. The only issue we had was that our Key cards stopped working and we had to get them replaced twice. Thankfully, it happened during office hours because that would’ve been a major bummer had it been outside of those hours. I like the location because, having bikes, we were able to ride over to glass beach as well as to the train depot and around the downtown area. We would definitely stay there again if we are ever in the area. "
