The hotel staff was very friendly and helpful . Room was so comfortable and clean. Tram stops are nearby and you can also walk to sights easily. All these made our holiday even more enjoyable. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone going to Melbourne for a holiday.

Superb hotel with top notch amenities, service and location. Great breakfast spread for the price and the complimentary wine and afternoon tea everyday was a real treat. Love the Rubik’s cube challenge idea and their restaurant/bar downstairs in the lobby is very reasonably priced for the food, drinks and service offered. The only downside was that we didn’t stay here long enough to fully enjoy everything the hotel had to offer. Next time we’re in Melbourne, this is definitely the place we’ll be...

Everyone at the hotel from reception to make-up room service & breakfast section were polite & nice. Love the pool & the afternoon complimentary chocolate section!😋Special thanks to the assistant manager who let us view the room before we confirmed our stay & also helped us get a ride to the airport quickly when we waited too long for a cab. I couldn’t recall her name but she’s pretty & look like Korean. Toiletries provided were good to use too! I had a great, comfortable stay!
