Niceolaxeto stay
The staff were very helpful and friendly and the bed was comfortable. The breakfast is Indonesian food and plentiful. The gym is extensive. Location is excellent, near train and shopping mall.

An excellent hotel with many eating places along the road, nearby Center Point for shopping and eating too, many shops selling garments, textiles, restaurants, spa, family KTV and etc. Rooms are comfortable and clean, and reasonable size

It is close to The Centrepoint Mall which is beside the hotel. Train station is just 5mins away. Walking distance to Medan Mall as well.

I have requested for a non-smoking room but instead what I have got is a smoking room. However, they did assist to alleviate the stale cigarette smell with air-purifier and change my room to a non-smoking room the next day.

Nice boutique hotel located beside shopping mall
Great hotel to stay in accompanied by great service from front desk. Just one minor issue that can be addressed which is to service all the air condition as the last day of my stay I had an encounter with an issue with the aircon. The aircon was on timer mode and the technicians came to solve it and they derived that the aircon is faulty and suggested to change rooms. However, I was checking out in 6 hours time hence I told them it is ok. That night, every 30-45 mins the aircon would shut down and I had to wake up to turn it on. Other than this, everything was good with the hotel and am pleased with my stay!

Bad experience, unfriendly staffs.
Bad customers service experienced on front desk. Reached hotel about 11am, but couldn't check in till 2pm according to the receptionist on check in counter. Staff are not responsive and helpful, waited at the lobby till 2pm. Finally checked in on room on 7th floor, the room locate right beside the air-con ventilator and the room is vibrating with noise. Told the front desk and changed to second room on 1st floor, another noisy and warm room with no direct sunlight as it's surrounded by blocks and air-con ventilators. Finally changed to 6th floor smoking room around 3.30pm, a proper room stayed for 2 nights. Breakfast sucks, staffs not friendly at all especially from the front desk and restaurant. The only positive experience is the surrounding of this hotel, walking distance to mall.

Convenient Location
Hotel is conveniently located behind Centre Point Mall which is just next to the Medan Train Station (5 mins walking distance). Room was comfortable and breakfast was delicious. Worth the price that I have paid for. But I feel that more facilities should be available to achieve the 4-star standard as claimed.

I stayed 2 nights in this hotels. the first night was horrible we couldn't get a nice sleep bcs we got a room which is near the machine generator and the toilet in the next room was under repaired so it has a bad smells. Luckily we was able to change room after that night.

Generally was ok for our first trip to Medan. People are friendly. Hotel staff are very helpful and friendly and very accomodative. But it was a little too noisy at night as the music from Marine Lounge and Bar gets a bit 'nerve-wrecking'.

Nice hotel for biz trip only.
Overall is a pleasant stay. It's close to the mall, where my husband and daughter could spend their time and looking for food while I were visiting my mom. However, the Internet connection was terrible SLOW! On & Off! The deluxe room is consider small but clean. Breakfast was not our option. This is the problem, we booked this hotel thru' Expedia for 4 nite and did pay for deposit of $43.76 /- Rp 495,000- on 1Apr14, balance at the hotel Rp 1,485,000- When we checked-in on Jul13, hotel insist we have to pay in full of $175.14 equivalent of Rp1,980,000-. When I made a complain to the manager, none of them could help me or I was unable to check in/no show. They kept on insist they have not receive the deposit I paid. So I have solve this matter when I am back in USA by August.
