"AC was inconsistent and loud Was given 4-12x12 pillows and a very light comforter Front desk said had no extra pillows, or actual bed pillows or comforters I’ve stayed here at least 6 times over the last few years and will be my last time "

"We always enjoy our stays here. The location is the BEST. The staff is superb. Rooms are clean and nice and certainly all you need for rest and relaxation while in NOLA. Not a ton of amenities to speak of, but you can’t beat the location. It’s close to EVERYTHING the French Quarter has to offer. Highly recommend a stay here. "

"This was the most luxurious stay ever! We were upgraded to a suite and it was a pleasant surprise! The beds turned down, breakfast in the room, and the absolute best bath soap ever were all excellent. The pillows and mattresses are to die for. The location was perfect and service top notch. "This hotel was much better than we expected. The security was excellent - every door had a special access code so we felt very safe. Our suite had a fridge, stove, dish washer and washer dryer. The couch and bed were very comfortable. One thing I will note: the fan has one speed, slow and AC doesn’t go below 68°. As east coast residents we would have liked it to be cooler, but this by no means changed our opinion of this property. We found most restaurants in the area are either open early...

"The concierge “butler” Shawn was helpful and pleasant and always available. He was a 10/10. The room could use a deep clean. Bathrooms and linens and all were spotless. Just the floor and carpet need a deep clean, not the daily staff fault. The pool and courtyards were charming and of another era. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and will be back. Location is excellent too. "

"We’ve stayed in a wide range of places during our 15 years of annual trips to New Orleans, and I think this one will be right in the middle. It was fine. Not bad, not great, not memorable, probably wouldn’t go back. They DID let us check in a few hours early with no charge since our room was ready, so that’s nice.
