"I have stayed here many times and it never disappoints!! It’s a beautiful, charming yet updated hotel. The beds are comfortable, the rooms are large, the bathroom is modern. The courtyard is beautiful, the pool is very nice. And of course the location can’t be beat!! It is my absolute favorite place to stay. Parking is on site and reasonable for the area. The front desk and valet staff have always been very friendly. Very cool, historical NOLA vibe!!"

"Pretty property with old-world flair, but very worn out and not well-maintained. Spots on furniture, cockroaches, and cats that defecated on the carpet in the snack area. Unfair pricing. We paid the same as our friends for a small, pool-facing room with a tiny bathroom that even didn't have a hook for hand towels or a place for toiletries, while their room and bathroom were spacious and well-stocked. There was no shelf for shampoo in the shower stall. Actually, there was no shampoo and...

"The Frenchmen is even better than ever. The remodeling is great, especially the improved bathrooms. The staff could not have been more helpful with our large and sometimes noisy group. You continue to be our favorite place to stay in New Orleans. Thanks for everything!"

"First time in New Orleans and this hotel was perfect. Very elegant and centrally located to everything you want to do in the French Quarter. Only downside is the rooms are on the smaller side but everything about this hotel was great. Will definitely be staying here next time I visit"

"Location is one of the best in the quarter; it doesn’t get loud at night and is walkable to Frenchman St. The bed was also really comfortable, and the room decoration was really cute. The only downsides were that the sink faucet was very low (can’t fill a water bottle) and also, there was no dresser in the room to store folded clothes. Still, a really great and cost-effective option for a cute, quiet, private stay - which can be hard to find in such a busy area!"
