The building and the interiors are dated. In the small suite i was assigned, the couch had stains. I woke up one night with a small roach on my bed and needed to catch and dispose of it. The towels are way past their lifespan. The shower door has leaks causing water to spill all over the bathroom floor. Showering longer not quite possible since the water turns cold. The staff are excellent but they can only do so much for a hotel that needs refurbishing.

Room was big and in good condition and the buffet breakfast is pretty good. I did like that the main dishes changed each day for variety. Staff were polite and helpful as you'd expect. The pool is quite nice on the rooftop. However, there are a number things with the room which haven't been thought out and could be improved. The a/c is right over the bed and is really hard to set at a consistently comfortable temperature through-out the night. Housekeeping were really lovely and friendly but were not great at replacing everything each day. Some days I'd have to ask for towels, tissues, more tea and coffee sachets etc. There was a lipstick stain on the bed linen when I arrived and only one gown. The kitchen area has a hob and microwave but no bowls only plates and no pans at all so it would be impossible to use. Pretty disappointing over all
