The hotel was quite affordable. The room was clean and the staff was all super nice! The room has its own refrigerator. Just a bit sad that they no longer own the building beside it.

The reception staff and porter on arrival were excellent. Dining room staff, likewise, were excellent. Thr room was was clean and the bed comfortable. A few fittings are showing their age and a general tidy up will help improve the quality.

The hotel was very nice, but the area was a little lacking. Close access to Jeepney's and Grab could easily pick you up from the hotel, which was nice. We did walk a few places, but not as many as we would have liked. A far walk from most attractions in the city.

Excellent staff, accommodating and helpful. Room was spacious. We were placed at 7th floor, however there were few issues, such as WiFi not accessible, water in the shower was so slow, bathtub was slippery- anti-slip mat would be very useful as I slipped whilst getting into the tub, and fixtures need upgrade.

Overall it was a great stay specially the hotel customer service. I like the hotel building external classic spanish style architecture and the swimming pool general picturesque looks/design.. There are some minor flaws most likely because this is old building. Like there is not enough power outlet plugs -- the coffee pot I have to plug in the outlet in the washroom sink, hard to close the shower door handle from the inside of the shower stall you could close it when your outside the stall but if you are inside taking a shower, it's impossible to do so
