"Easily the best hotel breakfast in the area. For guests going to Universal City, it is unbelievably convenient while also being quieter than the official hotels. I have a physical impairment which really only becomes obvious to passersby after 15,000 steps (neuropathy and several steel rods in my legs) and having access to the spa also made this hotel worth calling out. Thank you."

Hotel is a great location with quick access to multiple sources of public transportation a short distance from hotel. I like staying here highly when in Osaka. This visit was my third time staying in the hotel. I highly recommend hotel for travelers staying in Osaka."

Yoon at the front desk was very welcoming and made sure everything was taken care of in terms of luggage delivered to our room. The facilities were top notch and the views from the high floor rooms unbeatable. The lounge and restaurant on the 32nd and 33rd floor were grrat as well. Will definitely be back."
