"This is an excellent property for a family of four, or even five if you use the sofa bed. The building is brand new and very spacious. The only thing I didn't like was that there is only one AC unit in the living room. Since the apartment is so large, I'm not sure if that would be enough to cool the whole place during the summer."

"Perfect for families of 4 or 5! Even though the space was on the smaller side, it was incredibly efficient and had absolutely everything we needed. Having 2 separate bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms was a lifesaver, and the small living area/kitchen was a great bonus. The location is excellent, making it incredibly easy to get around whether you are traveling with a car or without one. Highly recommend"

"Nice, bright apartment. You could easily use it as a temporary residence. Small but very adequate kitchen and living room. Large bedroom. Washer/dryer combo. There’s a bit of street noise but was not a problem for us. Good dining nearby including fine dining, coffee places and a good vegetarian restaurant (El Huerto). Everyone was friendly and Ivan the manager was friendly, helpful and efficient. We stayed here twice and would definitely do it again."

"Great location! Most things are reachable on foot, and the staff speaks English. Our duplex apartment in the building next door to the hotel was fine (if you do not expect any cleaning but towels can be changed at the reception.) Unfortunately, the reception refused to take our pre-stamped postcards to the mail. It's quite strange for a hotel to decline such a simple request."

"The apartment is very nice, especially it’s very convenient for eating shopping and traveling. Because there is a famous Chinese restaurant across the street, the shopping center and the metro station are very near around up to 5 minutes walking."
