"My husband and I loved this classically elegant hotel. Extremely clean and beautiful rooms with very high quality linens. Great location in the Lastarria neighborhood. Good restaurants nearby. The highlight was the staff. Martin the concierge arranged two private day trips for us and we loved the guides who showed us Valparaiso and the Casablanca wine region and the Cajon de maipo mountains and the Maipo Valley wine area. Every single member of the Singular staff deserves a shout out. ...

"I stayed for ten (10) days! I was really amazed and impressed with Concha Y Toro. The staff (all the staff) were wonderful and extremely helpful. Tanya, Daniel and Andrea couldn't be nicer and more helpful. They saw to my every need and helped me out above the call of duty. They booked reservations for tours and helped me with local (lots of really good places to eat!) dinner... "The hotel room with its convenient bar fridge and microwave and kitchen, the decor of the room and the hotel in general, the hotel’s location, the service, and the amazing buffet on a rooftop terrace were excellent for the price. We were very pleasantly surprised! We were within a few block walk of the Plaza des Armas and the park at Cerrado Santa Lucia. I also want to give a shout-out to Miguel at the front desk who was very helpful and booked us a taxi to the airport. "

"This property was great! I was allowed to check -in early which gave me time to explore Santiago. The hotel is located right along the main drag so is very convenient. The breakfasts are great and the views are amazing . Highly recommend this hotel !"
