"整体滿意。要贊一下賓客關係部的Chris 事前貼心的安排。入住期間有突發事情，也很感謝Arya一直的協助。漢普閣內的bar工作人員有礼及勤快。普遍員工都很熱情有礼。表現一般是漢普閣下午茶的工作人員。沒提供足夠資訊给客人如食物擺放位置，員工很多但找人難，因聚在一起傾計。
整體还是高分的，会推薦給朋友。"

"Hotel location is good. Shuttle bus provided to border, just adhere to their schedule. Walking distance to explore street food. We enjoy the staying there. The only thing is pillow provided both is too soft and flat when sleep on it. If can provide one soft and one harder, it will be better. Customer can choose. The bed if can apply one more layer of topper, will make it perfectly soft annd sturdy. After all this hotel is age but it still maintain in tip top condition. "

"The property is beautiful. The staff helped Everytime they could. They offered several options for meals and entertainment. The room was wonderful with amenities. My son didn’t want to leave the room. We did not hear any noise from other rooms."

"Staff members stood behind the counter(s) appeared more like immigration officers (stern, reactive) than hospitable frontliners. Specks of stain on the headboard, aged watermarks on the shower screen, black marks at the edge of basin, in-room safe did not work, room smelled of cigarette despite a non-smoking floor. Ken at the executive club lounge and Richard at the coffee stood out as warm and genuine."
