"Room was absolutely everything we expected!! It was the perfect room, with an amazing view! The bed and pillows were super comfortable and we were able to rest during our visit!! The bathroom was super cute and it was just a great experience!! The staff was super friendly and the hotel itself was in a perfect location with public transportation just a few blocks away as well as plenty of restaurants nearby!!! Would love to book this place again for future nyc trips!!"

"Easy, friendly check in. Received immediate text asking if all ok with room and I was able to respond that I wanted more towels (traveling with daughters). Said towels were delivered minutes later. Great views from the rooftop bar, great coffee shop and visible security at door make for a comfortable stay during the busy holiday season."
