"Some of the front desk folks were amazing. our last one, at checkout, seemed to be dazed and confused. communication was a bit of a challenge. felt like we had to repeat ourselves only to learn we were indeed heard in the first place. a millennial thing perhaps. our experience in the bar was different. there were enough waiters, but they seemed overwhelmed with the crowd both nights we visited. both the bar and the restaurant could use some training on greeting guests and with that greeting...
