"Great location while participating in the Long Beach Marathon - start and finish were right outside the hotel. Limited dining options within the hotel - sparse to be precise. Expected far more given the relatively high priced rooms. Lobby was noisy, parking was expensive despite being a hotel guest and add-ons to the bill almost seemed like price gouging. Don't think I will be staying here again."

"I really liked the suite aspect of the room. Some of the furniture was very clearly worn. The pool had a ton of bees and one of the kids got stung. There was some weird brown film in the hot tub too. Other than that, we enjoyed the location. The bed was comfortable and the pillows were nice. Plenty of room for a family and it was over all clean. The breakfast was great. There wasn’t a bar so you’d have to go next door to the holiday inn. We really appropriated the shuttle from the airport and...

"I booked a room for the LB marathon. After calling the hotel two time the week prior I was told I could check in before midnight because I knew I would arrive late (9pm). I made sure to ask and provide all important information for my reservation. Staff ensured I was in good hands. And yes I had a confirmation number for my reservation. Needless to say, upon my arrival 845pm I was told my reservation was cancelled without notification. Staff claimed they didn’t have my contact...
