This hotel was no frills and your typical budget hotel, it did the job. The front desk area can be interesting, there's no bell or ringer to contact a person so you just hope there's someone around. The room is average, just enough space for the bed and some walk around room.

staff were friendly and helpful my room was perfect for me and my friends stay, everything you need although we couldn’t figure out the tv but that might’ve just been us. Overall perfect experience definitely recommend

Lovely hotel for using as a base to get around London. 10 minute walk from Shepherds Bush Underground & the Westfield Mall with shops ranging from Primark to Gucci. Each room in the hotel is on suite with a shower & a small package of shampoo, soap & shower gel is provided in the room, along with fresh towels. Our room had a small fridge & kettle with tea bags, coffee satchets, sugar & milk. Internal stairs are a bit steep but managable. Reception staff were friendly and informative.

The light fitings in the room were coming away from the ceiling and looked unsafe. The water in the shower went down to a trickle while taking a shower. Properly because of the water presure. The stairs leading to the 2nd floor leans a lot to the right so when climbing its a bit nerve-wrecking. It was a good location though and the staff were nice.

Allowed to check in a hour early which was great, but room tired and smelt fusty. Room worn, shower head fixing broken. Felt dirty. You get what you pay for I suppose!

Booked a double room. Didn’t know the room was a loft conversion so the eves were very low. Often hit my head. Key card didn’t work on the front door and staff took a long time to let me in. Kettle was too dirty to feel comfortable using. Was good for the money as it didn’t cost the world. Had an iron, ironing board and fan. Clean towels and bedding. I would book again but I would ask to not be on the top floor.

Overall the property was fine if you need an overnight stay it's fine for that but the area around it, Shepherds Bush/White City is full of gangs and coming from West London myself originally I know knife and drug crime are rife there so be careful when your out especially in the dark

It was my second stay in this hotel i enjoyed it but the tv wasnt working and the wifi loses connection sometimes but i was happy and i will be staying there again.
