"Do not trust these guys.
This property was advertised as available next day for a one night stay so I paid my booking fee in good faith.
When I then requested the offline check in form by texting as instructed the host was rude and replied that:-
1. Reservations needed to be made earlier.
2. One night stays were not allowed
3. They had no availability for my booking
4. Their name was Augustine. 5. To ask Hotels.com for a refund.
The host then ignored my requests for further assistance so...

"Hotels.com messed up. Was never allowed to check in because the apartment owner demanded to be paid directly and not by the Hotels.com and that is after paying hotels.com upfront. I just want my money refunded. Period. "
