Cari Hotel di London Borough of Bromley

"Dreadful breakfast chaotic and shortage of items"

"I had a good nights sleep which, in my view, is the ultimate test of a good hotel. The room was clean and well designed and must have been soundproofed as I didn’t hear doors slamming or noise from the neighboring rooms. The staff were friendly and efficient. The breakfast was what you’d expect from a free breakfast but there was a good selection including fruit and branded cereals as well as hot food. The area feels a little sketchy after dark but I expected that from Croydon."

"Very clean Great parking facilities. Had noise disturbance on both nights I stayed there, from other guests. Not the fault of the hotel. Probably not the best place if you want a peaceful stay. Lots of nearby shops etc"

"Very clean room and lovely staff. Parking available on-site. Beds were comfortable. Utensils supplied were clean and plentiful but I wished there were scissors. Bathroom was nice. Room was spacious and the hairdryer was very good. Modern room which was nice."

"Had a wonderful 6-day stay at the gorgeous Royal Bell. Exceptional service—everyone was eager to please and made sure our stay was flawless. It's in the heart of Bromley and convenient to stores and restaurants. We booked a deluxe double room, which was spacious, including the bathroom and its oversized shower. Gorgeous bathroom hardware and a VERY comfortable king-sized bed. Luxurious linens and modern furnishings with a nod to its historic past. The surprising bonus was the ground floor back...

"Good location. Hotel lobby looks nice and room is spacious."

"No restaurant, limited menu, sat in room only. Food was of very poor quality Nice bathroom, except shower very poor, overhead broken"

"my wife was attacked by bed bugs and came away with around 10 bites"

"Great stay, property was clean and staff were pleasant, didn’t stay for breakfast so can’t comment on that but overall great value for money"

"The shrubs need to be trimmed. On the positive side the room and bathroom I had were clean and filled with natural light. Staff was very obliging. The location was ideal. It is within walking distance to East Croydon Station . The restaurants and grocery stores catered to a very diverse population."

"Lovely place to stay, basically a guest room in a shared house though. Quiet hours meant no late showers which was hard when our days were planned ahead of time. Host was sweet and the room was nice, just felt like a lot of rules that would’ve been helpful ahead of time. The small town is so fun, loved walking around the stores and trying all the local restaurants - they close early so plan for that!"

"website says the small room use downstairs bathroom so we paid the extra for bigger room but still made to used the downstairs one. paid the extra 20 pounds for a late check out(2 hours). Can't use the living room. Basically you can just stay in your room. 20 minutes walk to the nearest shop."

"We booked via Expedia and added the reservation to our premier inn account. There seemed to be a problem from the start. The app stated I had requested a meal and breakfast for 1 (but there were two of us travelling) and that I had over £50 to pay. After several messages via Expedia I was reassured that everything was ok. When we arrived at midnight the reservation number wasn’t in the system… using my name and postcode didn’t work either. After 20 minutes the reservation was found after going...

"There was no hot water for shower it was very cold water window could not be open it was very difficult to breathe it looks like the place is falling apart need complete renovation. The double bed was extremely small for two people"
