"Only 5 parking spaces for this property but staff went out of their way to make your stay as comfortable as possible. Sadly all purchases (eg food and/or drink) had to be paid for by card - cash not accepted . I honestly think that there should be an option to pay by cash or card. My room was very clean and housekeeping staff very helpful . Breakfast was freshly cooked and plentyful. Well done Holiday Inn!"

"Not the best place to stay to be honest for me. Anyway there was a party on the day I arrived, the music was seriously loud,constantly deep thumping noise for about 6hrs. All wanted was to rest after a long journey, unable to relax because of it. Yes I know they advertise doing functions etc,but that was bad. "Terrible property. Continental breakfast was really just stale bread in the fridge with a few Jams and some coffee. The bathroom was disgusting and tiny. The washbasin further so."

"Great location with parking for Beckenham town centre a short walk , hotel is a bit tatty around the edges and could do with a refresh, we had a leak from a room above due to shower tray not draining properly and them leaving the shower door open, staff attending quickly but not much they could do with the drip drip drip."

"The location is very convenient connecting buses to East Croydon. Restaurants nearby are in variety of choices in different cuisines. Staff is helpful to move my luggage up to 2/F. The worst is the window curtain cannot be opened and fixed so the sunlight cannot get in the room. Luckily I got my strap fixed the curtain. And because the ventilation is bad so there is unpleasant smell when you firstly entered the room. The bathroom has no hooks to hang the towel which is not good to dry it up...

"It’s a nice hotel, I liked the decor and room was clean. I didn’t hear other guests apart from some occasional hall door slamming (but nothing too bad). However there was strange vibrating noise in my room that would go on and off every day, super annoying. Not sure what it was perhaps some ventilation installed on the roof or in the walls because in my room nothing made noise."

"Only one working lift. Had to use the stairs to the 4th floor. Convenient location for our needs."
