"The self check in was awkward but fortunately there was a very helpful staff member to assist. "

"Room was clean and tidy. Bed was very comfortable Sash cord was broken on window and one of the lights in the bathroom needed a replacement bulb. Tv=V reception was appalling I suggested that there was a notice warning occupants that the tap into the basin should be turned on slowly to avoid a torrent of water hitting clothes"

"The property was directly across street from main train station which takes you into London. Family room too small for family of four. No space to walk around bed. Expected 2 twin beds and a double bed but got one twin bed and a cot which was between the twin and double bed and you had to crawl across bottom of bed to stand on whatever space that was not occupied by suitcases. This should be a triple room rather than a quadruple family room "

"Very welcoming staff! I had a very early morning and they arranged food for me to take. Sloe gin and whiskey room will be something I’ll try on my next visit "
