We were flying out to Canada at the height of the Corvo 19 crisis. They were organized clean and welcoming. We were really impressed
We had a very interesting overnight stay due to COVID 19. The staff was very accommodating even under the extreme stress of dealing with patrons and the virus concerns. The facilities were great. I would stay there again.
Like - proximity to airport. Friendly and helpful staff. Dislike - that bathrooms aren’t separate from the bedroom. They are separated by a curtain. Toilets and shower enclosures are small and lighting in bathroom (especially at the sink and mirror) is very dim. Hard to shave and challenging for ...
We arrived at the start of the Coronavirus epidemic, so staff were concerned and not very communacative and possible short handed. Our room in the old part of the hotel was excellent, but little things were amiss, no milk for the Tea/Coffee tray on both nights and we had to ask for it both times. ...
Clean and secure. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful. The young lady at reception even used her personal phone to help me with a car rental issue. The room we had this time was a little small, but we were only staying a couple of nights so it was fine
Attendants and Restaurant staff were very hospitable. Rooms were very clean and inviting. Breakfast was included, but since our flight was at 5am they graciously packed take away meals for us. Thanks!
Location and Personnel were excellent. Staff was very friendly and helpful to help me get back to the US during virus outbreak.
