"the hotel doesn't have stair case, but the front desk staff, she is kind enough to help with our luggage to the 6th floor although the room is small, but it is so comfy with basic amneties. the shower room/toilet is super clean, and the water pressure is good it worth its price"

"Stayed 2 nights in the Wizards Chamber with my family of 5, the beds were so comfortable and no noise at night, it felt like the room was sound proof (it really helped us with our jet lag from CA), breakfast was great, staff was so so nice The only thing I could say negative is that the room for my family of 5 was a bit small but nothing that we couldn't manage, and that doesn’t change the fact that we would defiantly stay here again. (Again this is for the Wizards Chamber room)"

"The hotel is in lovely grounds with easy access from the car park to reception. It is undergoing refurbishment and I think that will make it a very good hotel overall. The walk in shower was fitted to make it accessible, but the grouting is due for renewal. The lighting could be better in the room, plus a magnifying mirror would also be beneficial in the bathroom. It was quiet and the bed comfortable . I would recommend it for a short stay. "

Lovely person, Molka, went out of her way to accommodate us and change our room. The second member of staff who always make my stay better was Shokh. He could not do enough to make us feel welcomed. Great hotel and good value."
