"Beautiful roof top pool. Steps away from 5th ave shopping, restaurants. 2 blocks from the public beach. Great location. "

This host obviously doesn’t want anyone to call him/her for information/confirmation/questions. In the afternoon of the day, I got a message...

"I booked last minute as I needed a quick stay when I arrived no one answered the phone or door and no check in instructions were sent to me to the point I was stranded in Mexico at 8pm. They eventually reached out and did not offer to refund or make the issue right I paid and never got to stay at the property."
