"Not very clean, clogged sink, they didn’t service our room, terrible pillows. Lady at reception was nice but said she’d get maintenance to fix the clogged sink and didn’t, so not very effective. Breakfast was good. "

"It was a wonderful and charming hotel. The room was clean, the breakfast yummy, and the location can not be beat. The only problem was the motion sensor night light that lit up our whole room every time someone moved. We put a blanket over it but since it was built into the step into the bathroom it made it a bit tricky for anyone to use the bathroom in the middle of the night. For our family, we were all so tired it didn’t matter. "

"The restaurant staff on arrival were very welcoming. We were provided with complimentary coffee and some cake. We were able to park beneath the property with lift access to the bistro that also acts as a reception. When booking in advance of our stay we were given the name of the room (Albis), a superior apartment on the second floor but this was not the room we were offered on arrival by the restaurant staff who greeted us. "The hotel is conveniently connected to the airport so we had easy access to the train station, restaurants and shopping. This was the first time I was able to take advantage of my Platinum status with Hotels.com and get a room upgrade. We were unable to access the guest WiFi in our room (6th floor) so receptionist gave us “their” secured WiFi. This was not much better. We requested another room and were given one on the 6th floor. "
