"Great stay"

"We got in the check-in line around 7pm and it it took about 40 minutes to get in line. Desk was slow and their seemed to be some confusion/computer issues slowing things down. We had booked a King Suite and were informed that only a 2-double bed was available. After checking with the manager they provided us an ADA suite with a king bed. However once we got to the room it had a soaking wet spot in the carpet at the front of the bed, as if it had just been cleaned. This is not necessarily the hotel's fault, but one direction of the escalators to the monorail station were not working so we had to take the stairs or world's slowest elevator. Also, the restaurant and Starbucks lines are very long at breakfast and dinner, even for takeout. We booked here for a short getaway following a work event at LVCC. We wanted to love Sahara for the convenience of the monorail stop and the restaurants amenities there, but were ultimately disappointed. For the price we paid I wish there was a smoother check-in process, and the room did not meet our expectations."

"We upgraded to a remodeled room once we arrived. The room was ok, some of the plug ins / USB ports didn’t work, the A/C was so loud it was hard to sleep. During our last night an evacuation alarm went off after we were asleep. We had to go down 21 flights of steps (the last two floors were covered in garbage and urine) and found out it was a false alarm. It was a confusing mess. I would not stay here again."

"My only issue was the smell of smoke. Air purification is something that needs to improve. While I know many people smoke the smell was so strong I literally got nose iritation, congestion and headache."

"I checked into this hotel/resort April 23 got to my room sitting on the bed I started itching from something biting me on the bed I called downstairs to housekeeping housekeeping showed up to the door with two blankets, pass them to me and said that I can put them on the bed. No, this is not my job you can come in to put them on the bed, it’s what I said to him he sent someone else there to change the beds in the room. The rooms were old very old towels of brown from not being washed properly thank goodness I had my own. The water in the shower. Did not get hot next I start feeling really lightheaded and dizzy My best friend had the same symptoms, lightheadedness, and dizziness. I immediately called downstairs. Ask if they have a carbon monoxide detector room 3712 I was told that no, they don’t I was moved to a different one thank goodness I took fast action with that situation because that could have turned out of different way. No one from management never apologize for the inconvenience you may want to think twice before you book this place."
