"⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ I stayed here for four days with my one-year-old and two-year-old, and I honestly cannot say enough good things about the housekeeping staff! As you can imagine, traveling with two toddlers can get a little messy! My boys took a bath and got water everywhere, and between that and eating muffins, our room definitely needed some attention. I called housekeeping to ask for extra towels and a little help cleaning up, and what they did absolutely exceeded my expectations! The housekeeper clearly noticed I was traveling with two little ones and went above and beyond to make our stay more comfortable. When we returned, our entire room was spotless! The beds were beautifully made, there were tons of fresh towels, and they even left extra tissues and toilet paper. It was such a thoughtful gesture, and honestly, I felt so cared for. As a mom traveling with two young children, those little things mean more than people realize. I was genuinely touched by their kindness and attention to detail. My boys also absolutely loved the splash pad! They were still too young for the water slides, and we didn’t try the rides since I don’t believe they met the height requirements, but we still had a wonderful time! I am so grateful for the housekeeping team and the extra care they showed our little family. It’s not often that hotel staff make you feel so genuinely welcomed and taken care of. We would absolutely stay here again, and I highly recommend it to families with little ones!"
