"This place is a little dream in the craziness that is Manila. Old world little b&b with an amazing, helpful staff. The room was small but perfectly appointed with a small balcony overlooking the street. Great art and furnishings around the lobby. Also with some amazing restaurants within close walking distance. "

"Rooms are extremely small and share one community restroom on each floor. The room I was placed in did not even resemble the room that was pictured. It was slightly smaller than my walk-in closet back home, yet they squeezed a bunk bed into the room."

3.0 star property

"DON’T BOOK THIS PROPERTY! The reality when you come into their room is far from what you see on their site. The owner was very difficult to contact before my check-in. The room is pestered with lots of cockroaches creeping in the bed sheets. The foam is dirty and the curtains are smelly. I paid for breakfast but I did get one. Customer service sucks."
