"We had a great stay at the Outrigger Reef. The daily resort fee was a bit expensive: to me, I didn’t see what the value was behind $50/night. Additionally, I had an issue with accessing the Internet for a couple of nights and I didn’t get very friendly help-I got connected to the Internet service provider one night and was on the phone for a little over an hour and they had no answers for me. "We enjoyed our stay! We had a couple issues with our AC and shower but they were quick to fix them. We loved walking the path to Whaler’s Village for shopping and eating. The resort was very quiet and safe. We loved the extra activities they offered. Would recommend this resort! "

"We enjoyed how close the hotel is to everything...th beach, restaurants, shopping, it also has a beautiful pool. We didn't like the room we were given. It had a parking garage view, which wasn't at all what was shown on Expedia's site, but the manager offer d to upgrade our room and Expedia gave us a 10% discount, so we appreciated that. "
