"The greeting was very welcoming. Staff was very respectful. The room was inviting and spacious. Mini shopping mall nearby great for kids and outing for yourself. Wonderful location."

"I was honestly really disappointed with this hotel experience. The communication from the staff was extremely confusing and it seemed like nobody really knew the answers to basic questions. Every time we asked something, we got different information depending on who we spoke to. The shuttle service was also very poorly managed. They only had limited shuttle times, and the bus driver would leave exactly on schedule without giving even a few extra minutes for guests who were clearly on the way....

"The breakfast was very good. The parking was safe and easy. Unfortunately, they totally skimp on amenities. No bottled water in the rooms (they will sell you a small bottle for $2). No coffee maker. No ability to stream on the TV. The bedding left me with a back ache. I'm not recommending this property. The price was entirely too high for the amenities they provide."

"I know these are “value” resorts but I find them just as comfortable and convenient as the more expensive hotels like the grand Californian etc. the rooms are small but comfortable the bus transportation is super convenient and the food choices are great the pools and laundry is also an added plus "
