"There were issues with checking in at 4pm as our room was ready. They then put us in aother room but got unpacked and found out the toilet didnt work. So the moved us to another room. A great staff i met in hallway helped us find the new room. Themanagets the credited us $50.00 for our room ot being ready and gave us 3 day fun passes free. This was our second time to this resort. Lots to do right on the resort. I believe we will go back again. "

"I reserve my room a month ago and I check in at 3am on second day which means the check in time was 3pm but I came late and when I came I wait 3 hours to get room because they said we are sold out what it mean do I make new reservation to say like that why you give my room to other members and the room was 170$ around like this they said will refund 50$ for that it’s insane "

"We booked a 2 bedroom suite that was perfect for our family of four. It was very spacious with a view of the pool and fireworks at night. The room was very clean and nicely decorated. The staff at the hotel were so nice and attentive. We needed extra conditioner and it was delivered in less than 20 minutes. Excellent customer service! The property is beautifully maintained. The golf course was beautiful. The putt putt course was fun! The gym was very nice. Plenty of treadmills, bikes, rowing machines, weights, etc. During check in we were asked to participate in a 2 timeshare presentation, but we declined it. Overall the hotel stay was great and we would definitely do it again. "

"Stairs were broken - we had to go in one building up the stairs then cross an open hallway to the other building . The room is nicely redone but outside the room is scary Pool empty"

"This is actually a motel. All doors open to the outside! Wasn’t aware of that when I booked it in my bundle. Nice bed, but large size ants running around. Kinda ikky! "
