"Beautiful and well maintained property for an older resort. Separate pools were nice and not too busy which was nice. Buses and shuttle service was great. Quieter area but still close to everything. Would love if they had a market in the clubhouse and restaurants open later."

"The rooms were clean. The second day having breakfast in the main lobby that the hotel supplies. German cockroaches were curling up the refrigerator where they keep the yogurt right next to the eggs that we’re being served. The lobby an the Kitchen could use a good cleaning."

"Very nice hotel for the money. Stayed in building 5800 6th floor. Was well worth the money. Resort is huge and they try there best to keep it tidy. Has 14 pools...."

"We have always gone to mystic dunes for many years and first year we have ever had to call security twice. Nose level around our place was crazy . One night until 2:30 am and another night folks fighting in there room and a dog barking for hours. No one at desk seem to care because we booked through Expedia . All they said was “ Oh wow that’s to bad” we were very disappointed in that."

" We stayed at Malia for our anniversary and had a great weekend there. The front desk staff was very helpful and friendly. We were upgraded to a bigger room, and they surprised me with chocolates and a balloon. We had dinner at the restaurant, and it was delicious. The next morning, we had breakfast, which was also delicious, and later enjoyed lunch by the pool. The service was 10 out of 10—excellent!"

"Amazing resort! Multiple pools and activities for kids and families. Kids loved the outdoor movie, Gatorland visit and lazy river. We stayed in a 2 bed and bath villa. Room was clean and staff was great. Kitchen had all the utensils. Only 15 minutes away from Disney and 30 minutes away from Universal. Will definitely be returning."
