Looks like they have given up maintaining the property. Large iron burn in carpet HVAC system to noisy to run and sleep comfortably, beer bottles and cans all over the outside. Spend you money elsewhere

I wish I would’ve read the reviews before booking. The room size was nice but it had a smell to it. We opened the windows and let it be. It would’ve been nice to have a fridge and microwave but wasn’t a big deal. The biggest thing for me was the hot water. I paid $600 for two nights the first day I turned the shower on and it was FREEZING. I waited about 30 minutes the water was still cold. I called the front desk and she said she would call me back and never did. After a day of being out, I stopped at the front desk and asked if there was an update and the person said she would call maintenance when he showed up he said it’ll get warm eventually “just let the water run”. I would’ve appreciated more of a resolution maybe move our room. I felt dismissed by the front desk both times and the “maintenance” person. Seems like the rooms are in need of an update. I wouldn’t book this hotel again.

Upon arrival the parking lot was poorly maintained and the elevators did NOT work. The bathtub did not drain. The HVAC system did not work and received blankets to get through the night. Room key card did not work on day two and as we were departing in the AM our card did not work to exit lot. Overall I give it a 1 out of 5 stars and will not be returning.

The property is in need of a refresh. Their HVAC system is old, rooms freezing, can’t warm them up. Tried two rooms. Tried to sleep at a temperature of 56° after the offered space heater was never delivered.

They overcharged us ..plus elevators are dirty, parking elevator floor was ripped off...dirty discussing hotel. Asked for room service twice and never came..asked for discount but rude service counter did not listen .. Machines are extremely tight...$2500 gone and no machines would give 10 percent...scuck stay other places then this crap
