Unfortunately I am not a gambler but was in town for a nearby golf event and the Hotel and amenities were simply wonderful. Stayed in a newly renovated tower room, which was tastefully decorated and the bed was very comfortable… All the hotel staff encountered were very helpful and professional in their approach. Would definitely recommend to my gambling friends and others…

We stayed in the newer valley tower. The room was very clean, comfortable, and well appointed. The view was great. The staff was very professional and friendly. I do appreciate the front desk asking floor preference. The slots play pretty well. We had a good time at the property.

Our room was lovely! Great view of the outside green and beautifully landscaped. Also saw 2 deer eating dinner which was a delight! The room was very clean, the bed was comfortable and so was the room. All the staff we came in contact with were vere congenial, helpful and smiling. We had a really good time and will be back! Expedia pricing given was total cost. The hotel charged an additional $78 resort fee. Yes I was informed of the additional fee (hotel message) but thought I was covered under Expedia. We enjoy visiting the beautiful Murphy area and this casino quite often. The room was clean and everything worked. All the staff we ran across from the valet, front desk, and bell service were extremely polite, helpful, and friendly. The largest drawback from this visit was that the mattress in the River Tower room (in the older building) we were assigned was way too soft for my taste. We will book the newly built Valley Tower in the future. We have found those beds to be much more comfortable.

Upon arrival, we were told that we could not get a luggage cart to unload our luggage and had to use a Valet. Valet parking was included in our room rate, we felt we were forcing us to pay a tip for a Valet. Upon registration, we were told we had to pay a fee over and above what we paid on Expedia or $38 a night. Then they told us we would not automatically get clean towels or our beds made during our stay. Even the property and rooms were excellent, I was really disappointed in small print in my contract with Expedia and not even being able to get a cart to unload and load our own luggage.

Clean rooms, but hall rugs dusty Check in, no orientation of places like options to eat with in hotel or about Cesars reward card, just “here is your key” Food options were good, but expensive restaurant in 10th floor, also an old lady working at Panda Express was rude Rest of staff no smile but nice.
